I reserve the right to decline any and all commissions for whatever reason as well as to cancel an existing order if I deem it necessary. (The payment will be refunded depending on the state of the commission).

There are no rush fee options available as my schedule is tightly packed.

Commissions prices stated are purely for personal use. This includes usage for profile pictures, wallpapers, banners etc.

Unless discussed prior, the client does not have any commercial rights relating to the commission. This means that they are not able to be sold and profited on such as selling it as merch, prints, using it for monetized videos, etc.

If there's any confusion about personal and commercial usage, please contact me! I can discuss it with you.

Credits must be appropriately given to me, @Lawool. This either applies to your bio, post or twitch panel depending on where it is being used.

DO NOT remove the watermark or claim the artwork as your own.

My work cannot be used as NFTs nor to train AI or Machine Learning.

Payment must be upfront or the commission will not be started.

Paypal is the only form of payment that I accept at this point in time!

An invoice will be sent once the commission details have been discussed and accepted by both parties, only once the payment has been made will the commission commence.

There isn’t a set deadline but the maximum time to complete will be 6-8 weeks depending on how busy I am and it will usually be quicker than this~

If I am at any point unable to complete the commission by the discussed deadline, I'll let the client know of it as soon as possible.

The first 2 sketch revisions will be free (1 separate free revision for the entire sketch)

Once confirming the sketch and lineart/coloring begins, first 2 small revisions will be free

Any further revisions will be charged as an extra fee~ It will typically depend on how much is changed and how complex it is.

No refunds are allowed to be made once the sketch has been approved and lining starts.

During the sketching phase, refunds are allowed depending on how much work has been done.
